Prospectus along with the application form can be obtained from the Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Homoeopathic Medical College, Dabok on payment of Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred only) in cash or through a crossed demand draft in favour of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Homoeopathic Medical College, Dabok, Udaipur (Raj.) Out station candidates can obtain the prospectus by post, an additional of Rs. 75/- postal expenses should be added, i.e. total Rs. 675/-


Eligibility for admission

- Senior Secondary (10+2) from recognized Board in Biology stream with a minimum 50% aggregate marks (for SC, ST OBC- 45 %.)

- A candidate who has appeared at the 10+2 examination, but the result is awaited, is subject to submit the mark sheet without fail at the time of personal interview.

- Candidate should have attained 17 years of age on 31st December of this year.

Written Entrance Test

Paper I  - Physics and Chemistry -150 marks
Paper II - Botany and Zoology    -150 marks

Each paper will be of 11/2 hour duration containing objective type questions with options. 
Wrong answer carries negative marking.

Personal Interview (100 marks)

Candidates have to appear in the personal interview by different experts on the date notified

In addition, due weightage shall be given to the candidate with past academic record.

Merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained out of maximum marks i.e. 425 (300 marks Written Entrance Test +100 marks Personal Interview + 25 marks Past Academic Record Weightage)

Category B (Payment seat)

No Entrance Test. Merit List is based on Personal Interview and marks secured in Secondary & Senior SecondaryExaminations.

NB:

• Both merit lists shall be displayed on the notice board, RVHMC Dabok. No individual information shall be send to the candidate.
• Candidates who fail to deposit the fees within the period notified, should forfeit their seats, which will be allotted to the next deserving candidates in the merit list.
• Admission on the basis of wrong information and documents can be cancelled anytime during the course.

a. Student must regularly attend the classes according to the scheduled time. A minimum of 75 % attendance in each subject is compulsory for appearing in the Examination.
   
b. Only authorised users / students are allowed to enter the college premises. So all users / students are required to carry their identity card issued by the college always with them and are required to show it on demand.
   
c. A student who misbehaves and does not follow the instructions of a Teacher will be recorded in the personal file of the
student and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her. Th e Principal is empowered to refuse admission if the student is found acting in a manner causing interruption to the smooth running of the college.
   
d. No student shall indulge in any of the bad habits in college premises like smoking , use of drugs and intoxicants, use of
abusive language, violence in any form.
   
e. No candidate shall be allowed for unintimated long leave except the college declared vacations. Otherwise his/her name may be striked off and admission cancelled.
   
f. Any change in the postal/permanent address of the student shall be informed in the college in writing, otherwise the college will not be responsible for any communication gap/loss etc.
   
g. White Uniform is compulsory for the Ist BHMS students.
   
h.

White Apron is compulsory for all the students throughout the period of the degree course.

   
i. Apron is compulsory for all the students in the college premises.
   
j. Mobile phones are strictly prohib ited in the college premises.

a. The library shall remain open from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm on all working days.
   
b. Strict silence is to be observed in the library.
   
c. Book issued shall be deposited back within 10 days from the date of issue, otherwise a penality ofRs. 01/- per day up to 14 days and thereafter Rs. 05/- per day shall be charged.
   
d. All such fines shall be paid to the librarian and receipt obtained.
   
f. If any book is lost, damaged; the borrower has to replace the book with the fine or the compensation as may be fixed by the Principal.

Fee rules

a. Fees once paid is not refundable and subject to modification.
   
b. The caution money will be refunded without interest on expiry of three months after completion of course and submission of no dues certificate and original receipt of the same.
   
c. Hostel caution money is refundable after leaving hostel accommodation and submission of no dues certificate and original
receipt.
   
d. Each student shall pay examination fee for the University Examinations as prescribed by the University.
   
e. In case of discontinuation/transfer  the  student  shall  deposit  the  complete fee  of the  entire  course,   otherwise
College/University will neither issue the NOC nor refund the caution money.
   
f. Failure to pay the term fees before the stipulated date shall invite penality.

Hostel Rules

a. The student shall not be allowed to leave the hostel without the permission of the Principal and Warden.
   
b. Day and timings are fixed for the outing of the hostel boarders.
   
c. Students going out have to enter their names, timings and purpose of going out in the register provided for the same.
   
d. Students shall not be allowed to leave the hostel premises except the vacations according to the Academic Calendar of the college.
   
e. For leaving hostel in any emergency or circumstances the parents shall come themselves and take their ward, if not possible they should send a written application.
   
f. Use of any unauthorized electrical gadgets shall not be permitted in the rooms.
   
g. Students are expected to maintain perfect discipline and proper atmosphere of studies in the hostel.
   
h. No student should entertain unauthorized guest.
   
i. Mess is compulsory for all the students residing in the hostel.

Mess Rules

a. The students have to abide by the timings of the mess.
   
b. In case the individual leaves the hostel with permission the mess fees will not be charged for the period notified but if the individual leaves the hostel without permission the mess fees will be charged.
   
c. To avail the mess facility for guardian the student shall inform the mess incharge atleast 2 hours before and an additional charge of Rs. 20/-per meal shall be deposited.
