The application form for admission can be downloaded from here. The completed form along with the application fee can be submitted to the institution before the last date as mentioned on the site/advertisement.

Please note importantly that if you are downloading the application form from website, you have to send a crossed demand draft of Rs. 550/- in favour of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Homoeopathic medical college and hospital, Payable at Udaipur along with duly filled application form. Without demand draft your form will not be considered.
